A little preparation.
A much clearer CRM.

Keep your spreadsheet data in a dedicated workspace. Decide what to bring into CRM, and how, before creating anything.

01

Bring your files together

Upload CSV or Excel. Review detected columns, match them to your database fields and set rules for empty values or matching records.

A structured starting point
02

Find the rows that matter

Search, filter and save useful views. Select individual records, keep your selection across pages or choose all matching results.

A deliberate selection
03

Map, review, then create

Choose a CRM destination and pipeline. Map your fields, check the proposed values and explicitly confirm creation. Follow the results row by row.

A traceable result

Your column names do not need to match your CRM. Connect them, set a fixed value or add a fallback. See the idea in action.

More than a
one-time import.

A workspace for the part of CRM work that usually happens between spreadsheets, manual checks and repeated setup.

Your data stays useful

Keep imported records in a searchable internal database. Filter by the fields that matter, save views for recurring tasks and export data when you need it.

Organize once. Work from a clearer source.

Rules for real-world files

Choose whether to create new internal records or update matching ones. Define matching fields and how empty values should be treated.

Know what happened

Follow operation progress, open created CRM items and inspect row-level errors. Export results and retry unfinished work with clear safeguards.

behind your
next move.

Different teams. Different files.
The same controlled route into CRM.

Turn a prospect list into a starting point

Sales operations teams can prepare contacts and leads from spreadsheet data. Select a relevant group and map it to the fields your team actually uses.

Make migrations easier to review

CRM administrators and integrators can bring files into one workspace, inspect mappings and reuse templates. Create records in the right entity type and pipeline.

Go beyond leads and contacts

Teams with custom workflows can populate items in existing smart processes, or create quotes and new invoices from prepared rows. Keep every operation visible.

Know the cost.
Then press start.

1 USD = 1,000 tokens (credits).
One data row = 10 credits.

Start testing with 10,000 welcome tokens. Use them immediately to try the app — enough to import 1,000 data rows.

File analysis and mapping are free. Before execution, the app shows the row count, total cost and your available balance. If your balance is too low, the import does not start.

  • Credits charged only when you start the import
  • No second charge for retrying the same paid import
  • Top up and view payment history in Billing

Headers and empty lines are excluded. XLSX imports use the first worksheet. Rows later skipped by import rules still count toward the cost.

A few things
worth knowing.

Clear expectations make a better start.

What do I need to use the app?

An installed Bitrix24 application, administrator access and the required CRM permissions. The app reads available fields, pipelines and options from your connected portal.

Does uploading a file create CRM records?

No. File import puts data into the app’s internal database. CRM creation is a separate step: select rows, choose an entity, map fields, review the values and confirm.

Which CRM entities are supported?

Leads, deals, contacts, companies, items in existing smart processes, quotes and new-type invoices. One operation targets one entity type, with up to 10,000 selected rows. The app does not create smart-process types or custom CRM fields.

What happens if some rows fail?

Results show progress and errors for individual rows. You can retry unfinished work. If a CRM creation response is uncertain, the app requires reconciliation instead of automatically creating another copy.

Can I test the app with welcome tokens?

Yes. You receive 10,000 welcome tokens for testing, ready to use immediately. At 10 tokens per data row, that covers importing 1,000 data rows.

When are credits charged?

Only when you start file import, after reviewing its cost. The rate is 10 credits per data row. One US dollar equals 1,000 tokens (credits), so each data row costs $0.01. Analysis and mapping are free, and retrying the same paid import does not charge again. Uploading the file as a new import creates a separate billable operation. Processing errors and data rollback do not automatically refund credits.

Can it generate or send invoice PDFs?

This version creates quote and new-invoice records. It supports one optional product per source row. PDF generation, sending documents, payments and grouping several rows into one document are outside this version.

Every row.
In the right place.
